HOW
TO USE VAAM
Mix
one packet with 180ml/6oz chilled water, juice, or your favorite
electrolyte drink. However DO NOT MIX VAAM with protein drinks
as it will lose its effectiveness.
VAAM
is extremely versatile and is suitable to be taken before the
start of any physical activity, during any physical exertion
and at the completion of your activities. But for best results
take VAAM 0 to 30 minutes before activity.
Best
to take VAAM on an empty stomach (usually 2 - 4 hours after
your last meal). This makes VAAM ideal to drink before your
morning workout, when your stomach is empty.
Due
to the product’s natural ingredients, it may produce a
residue either at the bottom of the container or on the surface
of the drink, this is normal and does not mean there is a problem
with the quality of product.
Storing VAAM
Store
VAAM packets in room temperature (away from direct sunlight).
